Once you are assigned a JPA role, you will use your strong quantitative and qualitative analytical expertise, your research abilities, and your technology knowledge. You will work with project teams and senior colleagues in their work both in corporate functions and operations.

You will be provided with an opportunity to sharpen your expertise and gain new ones while getting first-hand exposure to the challenges of lessening (reducing) poverty and boosting shared prosperity. Ideal Candidates for the Junior Professional Associates Program

Eligibility Criteria for Junior Professional Associates JPA Program 2024

If you like to be considered, you need to meet the Junior Professional Associates JPA Program eligibility for the JPA program.

  • You need to hold the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Your age should be 28 or younger on your first day of service.
  • You must be proficient in English.
  • If you are competent in one or more of the Bank’s working languages, it will be considered a plus such as Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Russian.
