SAP Young Professionals Program Luxembourg 2024 – Details
This Young Professionals Program delivered by SAP will last for two months and has been designed to provide recent graduates with the certifications and soft skills required to start a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. By the end of the training, SAP will start working very closely with the program graduates to introduce them to be a host of opportunities with SAP partners and customers to work as an SAP Consultant.

SAP Consultants
The SAP Consultant’s role can be divided into two functions, namely functional and technical. On the part of the consultant, a contribution will be made for blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, and optimization. Besides, the contribution will also be made for the upgrading phase of an S/4 HANA project and providing business resources in addition to functional expertise and project guidance to SAP’s clients to make sure their investment in SAP software and consulting services will help their business the best run business.
Additionally, the consultant is also held responsible for maintaining a higher level of customer satisfaction in each of their accounts.
Eligibility Criteria for the SAP Young Professional Program Luxembourg 2024
- Those who are interested in applying must be presently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role that is not relevant to career aspirations.
- They need to be educated to a minimum of a bachelor’s level in a field relevant to business administration/marketing/human resources/finance/management information systems/engineering.
- Applicants of this opportunity will preferably have graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile – proof of the same could be requested from them.
- They must show their passion and interest in beginning an SAP-related career involving travel.
- They have to be proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Completion of certification is crucial.
- The program will start by mid of November and last till mid of January, with adequate breaks for Christmas and New Year. Successful candidates will need to provide their availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday throughout the training period. It is a two-month duration program.
Note: The training will be conducted in both formats – virtual and live classroom. You need to possess a strong internet connection at your home to participate in this program.
