Eligibility Criteria for MPower Global Citizen Scholarship

Applicants are required to be accepted at, or enrolled in, a full-time degree program at a United States or Canadian school that MPower supports
They must be international students allowed to study in Canada or the U.S. legally, as applicable
To study in the United States, this means that the applicants are required to meet one of these criteria: they should hold a visa that allows study in the United States, they are protected under DACA, or they are U.S. permanent residents (Green Card holders)
To study in Canada, this means that applicants should meet one of these criteria: Applicants should be Canadian permanent residents, or they have a valid Canadian study permit

Note: Since the Global Citizen Scholarship has specifically been created for international and DACA students, citizens of the United States wishing to study in the USA and Canadian citizens wishing to study in Canada are not entitled to apply.
