This program has been designed to endow exemplary university students with the marvelous opportunity to develop an early career at ARM through wide exposure to meaningful assignments, which offer opportunities to obtain real-world experience. This program offers its interns lucrative learning opportunities through practical work experience before entering the job/labor market or progressing to further their careers. Upon completion of the internship program and their university degrees, the interns will get employment opportunities with the firm. The interns are provided with comprehensive training in an environment geared to bigger learning. They will also be exposed to real-life business ventures, transactions, and company initiatives.
Information Regarding the ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP)
Once the program ends, the interns will also be required to write a report. Besides, they will also be asked to give a presentation on a project topic to assess their suitability. Apart from developing technical skills and experience, the interns are offered the opportunity to develop interpersonal skills through networking with other interns, clients of the company, and current employees.

Eligibility Criteria for the ARM Young Talent Programme
- Applicants must be university undergraduates
- They must have completed at least 2 years of their degree
- They need to be on track for a first class or 2:1 degree (second class upper) degree or equivalent
- Applicants must be available to resume physically in June 2026 (if successful)

- High-quality students from all fields are required. They should possess:
- Bright communication skills (both in writing and speaking), analytical and logical reasoning skills
- They need to be collaborative
- They should be able to think creatively and be innovative
- They must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
